Raids and Dungeon Runs

We need Raids and Dungeon Runs. There are a lot members asking for more guild activities. If we don't organize anything
they will leave. People stay in guild when they feel the guild is doing something for them. I think we should give this feeling to our
members!
Any good idea how we can do that and involve as many people as we can.
